Creating space to pause, explore and connect.

I create and hold gentle, creative spaces where people can slow down, reflect and explore what is happening beneath the surface.

This might be through a workshop, a school session, a conversation, a creative activity or simply making room for people to notice what is already there.

My approach is curious rather than prescriptive. I’m less interested in telling people what they should think or feel, and more interested in creating the conditions for their own thoughts, ideas and connections to emerge.
