Returns

We really hope you love your Marianne Illustrates products, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Simply email us at hello@mariannebradshaw.com within 15 days of purchase, and state your name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order, and we'll be be touch as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any applicable refund will be processed as soon as possible. We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days of receiving the return. It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@mariannebradshaw.com. 

Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

If you are shipping any items over £20, we recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we can't refund products damaged or lost in transit.

Cancellations
If you made a mistake on your order or simply wish to cancel it, your order can be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods. Simply email us at hello@marianneillustrates.com along with your full name and order number to request the cancellation.
